Situation: The Mission Economic Development Agency partnered with the Chinatown Community Development Center built a low income and rent controlled living complex for former homeless and senior people in San Francisco.

Actions: • Design meaningful mural for future residents of Casa Adelente • Pitch design concept to Precita Eyes Director, MEDA, and the CDCC • Coordinate scheduling and supplies with Client, Contractors, and Precita Eye's Muralist • Paint and seal completed mural
